Thursday, April 30th, 2009 by taylor

“The Circus Starring Britney Spears 2009 Tour” will come to Europe this summer for a limited number of concerts. After the first leg of the tour (39 dates throughout North America), Britney Spears and the rest of the cast will cross the ocean to Europe.

“The Circus starring Britney Spears 2009 Tour” has so far received rave reviews after crossing the US and Canada. “The Circus starring Britney Spears 2009 Tour” is a dazzling mix of music, dance, magic, and theatre. With more than 50 artists on the stage (dancers, magicians, clowns, acrobats, etc) and a tech crew of more than 200, the famed tour that cost more than 50 million dollars will arrive in Europe with a technical prowess that’s never been seen before. Bringing more than 60 tons of equipment, 34 trucks, 3 stage sets, and 1 giant film screen, this show will without a doubt be the most sensational production to hit Europe.

If possible, go see Britney when she plays at the O2 in London (starting the 3rd of June and lasting 8 nights), as this will undoubtedly be one the best shows in the European tour.

Over the past 10 years, Britney Spears has had the largest world-wide record sales; currently, her album sales total over 62 million. Her latest album, Circus, was released on her birthday (December 2, 2008) and went directly to the top of the charts in six countries (Canada, Switzerland, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and the US) and reached the top 10 in over ten others.

An Overnight Sensation-Susan Boyle

Thursday, April 16th, 2009 by taylor

The voice heard ’round the world? In case you missed the latest episode of “Britain’s Got Talent” with the now famous Susan Boyle, here’s a video of her unexpected triumph. The world was blown away by her heartfelt rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream,” which was completely in contrast to her unassuming and some may say ‘eclectic’ persona. For more info on her rise to fame click this link http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30226936 for access to an article recently posted on msn.com.
